September: 2019 Hood To Coast Texas Registration Opening
The inaugural Hood To Coast Texas team registration will open in September 2018.
February 1st: Extra Medals Order Deadline
Last day to order extra race medals (remember your dedicated van drivers)!
February 1st: Last Day to Order Extra Shirts/Update T-Shirt Size
Last day to order extra race shirts and update sizes. Size and quantity you have on your roster on this date, is what you will receive on Packet Pickup Day. Any t-shirts submitted after this date will receive remaining sizes that are available.
February 15th: Handbook Available Online
February 28th: Teams Must Have Minimum of 4 Members on Roster
All teams must have a minimum of 4 members signed up by this date in order to participate.
February 28th: Minimum of 4 Team Members Must Have Completed Mandatory Finish Time Survey
A minimum of 4 team members must complete the Finish Time Survey by this date in order to receive an accurate start time.
March 2nd: Race Pace / Finish Time Update
Last day to update previous race pace / finish times for estimated start seeding, within your Team Clubhouse.
March 2nd: Last Day for Free Additions/Substitutions
After this day, adds/subs are $20 per person. All participants must sign online waiver by this date to avoid the fee.
March 13th: Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort Booking Deadline
All rooms must be booked by this date to ensure the Hood To Coast Texas rate. Book HERE
April 12th:Packet Pick-Up
Team Captains will pick up team packets at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort from 3:00pm-8:00pm.
April 13th: Inaugural 2019 Hood To Coast Texas!
